INSTRUCTIONS
Candidates attending the counselling have to pay an initial deposit of Rs.5,000/- / Rs.1,000/- (in the case of ST/SC/SCA candidates belonging to Tamilnadu) either by cash or demand draft drawn in favour of, “The Secretary, Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions, Anna University,”  payable at Chennai (obtained not earlier than 17.07.2017) which will be adjusted against tuition fee. The remaining tuition fee has to be paid in the college concerned.

List of Original Certificates to be produced

 
1.H.Sc. / Equivalent Examination Mark Sheet(s) 

2. X Std. Mark Sheet

3. Transfer Certificate of School (last studied)

4. Permanent Community Certificate Card for ST / SC / SCA / MBC & DNC / BC / BCM candidates (either Permanent card or electronic form / digitally signed e-certificate)

5. ID card and Discharge certificate (for Ex-Servicemen quota)

6. Nativity Certificate (for Tamil Nadu candidates who have not studied in Tamilnadu for the last five years or any one of VIII, IX, X, XI & XII std.) (in electronic form / digitally signed e-certificate / prescribed format)

7. First Graduate Certificate & Joint Declaration (if applicable) in electronic form / digitally signed e-Certificate / prescribed format.

8. Special Reservation Certificate (whichever is applicable)

9. Srilankan Tamil Refugee Certificate (i) Identification from Head Quarters Tahsildar (ii) Those who have not registered in the refugee camp, they should submit passport and visa along with letter registered with Police Station (if applicable).

10. Income certificate for Post Matric Scholarship (SC/SCA/ST including converts to Christianity)
