The APSCHE has issued the final phase Notification for web based counseling and according to this notification, the qualified candidates who have participated and not partcipated in first phase of counseling can participate in the final phase of web counseling to be conducted from 27th September 2012 to 30th (MPC Stream) and from 3rd October to 4th October (BiPC stream).
