According to the official website of kea.kar.nic, the Real Seat Allotment status will be hosted on the KEA website http://kea.kar.nic.in on 25.07.2012 for the information of the candidates.
What information will be available in the real seat allotment ?
Candidates will be able to view the details of seat allotted as per their options priority. Candidates can also view the College-wise, Course-wise, Category-wise cut off rank of Real Allotment as well as the details of un-allotted seats course wise / category wise.
Opted for choice 1..what should I do ?
If a candidate opts for Choice 1 they are required to collect the Admission Order from 26th to 30th July 2012 from the Helpline Centre where their documents were verified. The Helpline Centres will be open from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm.
Not opted for Choice 1 - what should I do ?
Candidates who exercise Choice 2 or Choice 3 need not come to the Helpline Centre. They can update the same on the computer and wait for the Casual Vacancy Notification to be issued on August 1st in the Newspaper / KEA Website.
What documents should I produce at the helpline centre ?
All the Choice 1 candidates should produce the following documents at the Helpline Centre when they come for receiving the Admission Orders.
a. Verification Slip
b. Acknowledgment Card (Green Card)
c. Printout for having exercised Choice 1
d. Prescribed fees in the form of Demand Draft.
e. Those who have passed 2nd PU / 12th Standard
Examination before last year or earlier Examination should also produce original TC along with the above documents, failing which they will not be issued the Admission Order at all.
Reporting date for Choice 1 candidates.
As per the Hon'ble Supreme Court's directions, the last date for reporting to the allotted college will be 31.07.2012. Therefore the candidates who exercise Choice 1 should invariably report to the college on or before 31.07.2012 and confirm the same to KEA through Login account on kea.kar. website that you have joined the college failing which your allotted seat will be cancelled even though you might have physically reported to the college.
