The Karnataka Examinations Authority has notified the revised Schedule for Document Verification and Option Entry for online Seat Allotment.

According to the above notification, the Document Verification begins on 2nd June 2014 for General Category and ends on 17th June 2014.

The First Round of Option Entry begins on 14.6.2014.

Karnataka Examinations Authority is in the process of admitting candidates for Post Graduate courses such as MBA, MCA, MTECH and the official website has published the PGCET document verification Schedule.

The candidates who have been assigned ranks in PGCET‐2012 Examination will have to get their original documents verified in the assigned Helpline Centre to be eligible for Option Entry for allotment of Professional Course seat. Seat will be allotted based on the rank and options entered by the candidates.

As per Karnataka Examinations Authority Notification dated 23rd June 2012, the Option entry by eligible candidates which started on 12th July 2012 comes to an end today i.e. 18th July 2012.

So, the candidates, who have not so far opted for this option entry may do it now itself without any more delay.

According to the notification, the announcement of Mock Allotment by KEA will be on 20th July 2012 and by the end of July 2012 all the procedure will come to an end.

So it is a reminder from us to opt for the online Option Entry by eligible candidates, which closes today by 5 PM.

Karnataka Examinations Authority has made links in their official website for making OPTION ENTRY for UGCET 2012.

According to the information provided in the official website, candidates can start logging in from 11th July 2012. 

The option entry starts from 6.00 AM on 12th July and ends at 5.00 PM on 18th July 2012.

Expecting more number of candidates will be using the KEA website, the authorities have provided 4 links for easy access by all the students at the same time.

KEA Schedule for Original Document Verification

The Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore has on 13.06.2012 notified the Schedule for Document Verification.

The first date of verification of original document begins on 25.06.2012.

This document verification is the next process in the KEA admission and according to the notification, the candidates who have been assigned ranks in CET 2012 examination should get their original documents verified in the ASSIGNED HELPLINE CENTRE to become eligible for OPTION ENTRY for choice of ALLOTMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COURSE SEAT.

Candidates have been instructed to go to the Helpline centre to verify their original documents attached to their NATIVE DISTRICT only.
