Eligibility for B.Tech admissions
A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum average of 60% of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology.
Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics candidates are eligible for all the B.Tech Programs. Physics, Chemistry and Biology candidates are eligible only for B.Tech Biotechnology Program.
The admission will be on the basis of performance in the entrance examination of Kalasalingam University to bwe conducted at all India level in major ciities of India on 3rd June 2012 and marks scored in the Plus 2 examination. Merit list will be based on marks scored in Plus 2 (200 out of 300) and marks scored in the entrance examination (100 out of 300).
Application form along with information brochure will be available at the university on payment of Rs 600 by cash in person or can be obtained by post by sending demand draft for Rs 650 drawn in favour of Kalasalingam University Payable at "Rajapalayam"
to the Director (Admissions) with a request letter. Application form can also be downloaded the official website and can be submitted along with DD for Rs 600.
Applications are also available in the Head Post Offices mentioned in the advertisement.
