The Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai which is the authority for admission of students for various engineering colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu through counseling will start the online process of BE admission for the ensuing academic year 2019-20 from 2nd May 2019.


Till last year the Anna University was admitting candidates through application based process and from this year on wards the admission will be through ONLINE, which is a blessing to all the candidates either from the rural or urban areas.  And this process is really a boon to the candidates residing in far away places from Chennai.
 

From the current academic year onwards, the Director of Technical Education, Chennai will act as the authority for admission of candidates (Till last year the Anna University was the admission authority) for various engineering colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu.

According to media reports, the  TNEA 2018 RANDOM NUMBER will be published on 5th June 2018.

According to a press release issued by the Anna University a total of 159631 candidates have applied for the Anna University admission 2018 through TNEA 2018. 

The Anna University will be releasing the TNEA 2018 Random Number soon as the process of application submission is over with today i.e., 2nd June . According to media reports, the  TNEA 2018 RANDOM NUMBER will be published on 5th June 2018. The Random Number will be assigned in a function to be arranged by the Anna University with some VIP presiding over the function. As in the previous years, the Education Minister of Tamil Nadu will preside over the function of assigning Random Number for the TNEA 2018 counselling.

The VITEEE 2018 entrance examination results for admission of candidates to various BTech courses of  Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) is likely to be declared on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 according to media reports. But there is no specific mention about this date in the official website of VIT.

The admissions to 20 B.Tech courses offered to the students, through this entrance exam, at VIT campuses in Vellore, Chennai, Amravati and Bhopal.

The entrance exam  named VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2018, were conducted across India from April 4 to 15 in 124 cities.

A computer based two hours and 30 minutes test, divided into 4 parts: Physics, chemistry, mathematics/biology and English, was of multiple choice questions (MCQ) type.

After the declaration of the results, a merit list will be published and the based on this merit list the candidates will be called for counseling.


The VITEEE 2018 results will be declared on the VIT university's official website: vit.ac.in.

Students can verify their results by entering application number and date of birth on the result page.

Candidates can also get their results on their mobile number through SMS.

KEAM Authorities have notified that  Candidates  who  have  applied  online  and  submitted  printout  of  application  with  supporting  documents to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations for the Kerala Engineering/Pharmacy  Entrance Examination 2018 which will be held on  23 rd  & 24 th  of April 2018  at different centres in  Kerala and in Mumbai, New Delhi and Dubai, shall have to download their Admit Cards from  10 th April  2018   through  the  link  KEAM  2018-Candidate  Portal   provided  on  the  website  www.cee.kerala.gov.in .   

By  giving  the  Application  Number  and   Password  of  KEAM  2018,  candidates can enter to their profile page. Then by  clicking the menu item  ‘Admit Card’  provided  in the Profile page of the candidates, they can download their Admit Cards.

 Admit Cards should be  produced  for  verification  in  the  Examination  hall  for  attending  the  Entrance  Examination.  Candidates without Admit Cards will not be permitted  to attend the Entrance Examination.

SRM Joint Entrance Examination for Engineering (SRMJEEE) 2018 is a joint entrance examination for admission to B.Tech and M.Tech degree programmes offered in Kattankulathur, Ramapuram, Vadapalani and Ghaziabad campuses of SRM University Chennai, Amaravati campus of SRM University – AP  and Sonepat Campus of SRM University – Haryana

SRM University has notified the admission notification for the year 2018 and the admission to the B.Tech Program is on the following conditions.
